Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and the philanthropy of the president of Christ Embassy Church

 Chris Oyakhilome, a Nigerian TV host and pastor is the author. He is the president of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated as well as known as Christ Embassy International. Chris Oyakhilome Background Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 of the 7 of December 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. After his secondary and primary education, he attend Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained a BSc in Architecture. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children. Chris Oyakhilome Ministry While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his path into ministry. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship currently Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at the time called Youths For Christ. Oyakhilome YFC was able to grow to become the biggest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld now has millions of associates and followers all over the globe. BLW was the most well-known Christian ministry on television across Africa through its atmosphere for miracles programme in 2002. They stopped airing the program in the month of May 2004 when the president of the time, Nigeria - President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should not air miracles on television. Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four branches that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and teaching ministry. He has also developed the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, which is an environment for miracles, as well as an healing school. Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF) The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to help develop and enhance the potential of leadership in Africans. The foundation honors, acknowledges and assists young Africans who are exemplary leaders by positively impacting their generation. This is done by educating, empowerment of youth as well as mentorship. The foundation recognizes the efforts that these young leaders have made through an annual award ceremony dubbed The Next Africa Leaders’ prize. This ceremony takes place on the Eve after every new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena. The President of the foundation, BLW Reverend Chris Oyakhilome gives an award to the winners. The InnerCity Mission For Children The InnerCity Mission for children is a religiously-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). Trauma Care International Foundation The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to improve the health status and lifespan of communities and countries by promoting enhanced emergency response capabilities in the event of accidents or emergencies. Chris Oyakhilome Biography The foundation is able to help in the implementation of national policies on trauma treatment by providing their advocacy and health education as well as community-based programs. Chris Oyakhilome Biography Over a thousand people were given first aid as well as emergency response training from the foundation. Record has it that, they have been able to educate thousands of students in schools as well as law enforcement officers, teachers, caregivers, and road transport employees. Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC). The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a world-wide church that provides medical and aid to people who are internally displaced or have been forced to flee regions affected by natural or human-made catastrophes. The outreach consists of students from across the world including paramedics, doctors and Christian health workers. They provide medical emergency aid, relief and long-term health care solutions for those in crisis. VMC also provides health services to communities that are not served as well as manpower development for local health workers. VMC outreach is open to all those who have a primary purpose to improve health and humanitarian help for the poor. Bible For All Nation (BFAM). Bible For All Mission (BFAM), a christian group, is committed to making, producing, and global distribution of bibles for all ages. The Bible is available in any language or format they are familiar with. Through this, the ministry helps them to learn about the Bible and to receive the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. BFAM successfully distributed hundreds and thousands of Rhapsody Bibles for free to prisons, hospitals and communities in several countries, including South Africa and Nigeria. Thanks to a global network of bible donors and volunteers, the distribution was possible.
